What You’Ll Do

• Design and deliver tailored rehab programs in homes, gyms, and the community
• Empower patients to restore movement, regain confidence, and get back to doing what they love
• Track progress, write quality reports, and engage your referrer network
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of EPs, GPs, specialists, rehab providers and more

What we’re looking for

• Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position
• Industry experience across multiple sectors highly advantageous
• Unwavering level of service provided to all customers/ stakeholders
• Valid driver’s licence
