What Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our team and be part of the global program management group. 

In this role, you will lead the department’s day-to-day operations, working closely with R&D leaders and collaborating with Product Managers and scrum teams.

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end  
• Develop and manage structured program plans  
• Monitor execution and resolve risks proactively
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams
• Be the agile coach for the team
• Drive data-informed decision making

Requirements

What Is Needed to Succeed?

• Proactive and technically skilled
• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Release Manager. 
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Agile mindset – coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. 
• Self-motivated and independent
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality. 
• Great communication and leadership skills
