Automation Developer

Description

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our software products. You’ll design and maintain automated test suites, collaborate with developers and product managers, and contribute to a forward-looking QA automation strategy that scales with our business.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Test Automation Development – Design, build, and maintain automated tests using modern tools and frameworks, seamlessly integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Test Planning & Execution – Partner with developers and stakeholders to define testing requirements, plan strategies, and execute automated tests.
• Defect Management – Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Framework Development – Enhance and evolve the QA automation framework to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Performance & Data Testing – Contribute to performance testing, run SQL-based data validations, build simulations, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Observability & Monitoring – Leverage tools like New Relic to monitor system health, detect issues, and report bugs quickly and accurately.
• Collaboration & Communication – Work with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Learning – Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA automation and software testing.

Requirements

Who We'Re Looking For:

• Proficiency in C# or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., New Relic).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
