Coke Florida is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to work out of our Tampa HQ office, working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
What You’ll Do:
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate cross-functional teams, partner with retailers, and support sales and brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role blends creativity and project management, with responsibilities ranging from shopper marketing plans to event execution and digital media support.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Lifecycle, Accounting, and Creative teams to ensure alignment on brand priorities.
• Execute shopper marketing plans with retailers and sales teams to optimize product placement and visibility in stores.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
• Manage field requests for signage, merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Create and distribute sales information, presentations, and recap reports.
• Assist in planning and executing experiential marketing events, including sampling tours, celebrations, and local activations.
• Coordinate marketing fund requests, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and budget requirements.
• Source branded merchandise and oversee vendor relationships as needed.
• Provide support for invoicing, budget tracking, and project administration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on project requests and deadlines.
• 10-20% of Florida travel with possible overnights throughout the year.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant sales or marketing experience (CPG, retail, shopper marketing, event management preferred).
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with creative/design tools is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with proven success working within cross-functional teams.
