The Post
As Temporary and Supported Accommodation Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a high-quality, holistic tenancy management service across a range of specialist housing settings, including Temporary Accommodation, New and Independent Living, and Single Homeless Accommodation.
You’ll use your detailed knowledge of housing management to ensure tenants and clients have direct access to a one-stop shop for services, with a strong focus on customer service excellence and meeting key performance indicators.
This permanent role is central to reducing stigma, improving service quality, and enhancing the public perception of housing support. You’ll also be responsible for operational oversight, compliance with service-level agreements, and contributing to income generation and cost efficiencies.
The Person
We’re looking for a committed and collaborative housing professional with the enthusiasm and drive to lead a service that makes a real difference.
You’ll bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of housing operations, and the ability to motivate and retain a dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be empathetic, consistent, and passionate about delivering excellent services to vulnerable residents.
You’ll be proactive in improving standards, financially astute, and confident in working across teams and with external partners to create a service to be proud of.
