Senior Specialist - SDO

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Specialist - SDO (Financial Model) to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining financial models that support the company's strategic objectives and operational decision-making. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to analyze financial data and create forecasts that guide investment strategies and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain dynamic financial models to support business planning, performance monitoring, and valuation exercises.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to assess the financial implications of various business strategies.
• Collaborate with executive management and department heads to gather requirements and ensure models align with business objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial model findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances while providing actionable insights.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by creating and refining financial models that inform decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and capital allocation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies when developing financial models.
• Stay current with market trends and best practices in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Train and mentor junior staff on financial modeling techniques and Excel best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, or similar roles.
