Data, Analytics and AI superstars for gambling industry

Are you a superstar in data, analytics or AI and have gambling industry experience? 

We are looking for new Data, Analytics and AI Superstars to join Veikkaus’ growing Data & AI unit - and perhaps you’re the one we are looking for! 

We are looking for skilled, curious and passionate people, who would be playing key roles in developing Veikkaus towards becoming the most data-driven gaming company in the world.

Essential Skills in Data and Analytics: 

• Can you create data visualization and tell stories with the data? (e.g. Power BI) 
• Can you query and build the data for decision-making to an understandable and usable form? (e.g SQL, Python) 
• Can you use statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends and patterns to create actionable insights? 
• Can you utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to personalize experience or optimize performance? 
• Can you create and utilize customer segmentation and behavioral analytics to improve customer engagement? 
• Can you design and execute experimentation to validate ideas and optimize the outcomes? 
• Can you build data pipelines, develop data quality and usability of data assets? 
• Can you support strategic thinking and business development with data-driven decision making? 
• Can you use data, analytics and AI for safe and sustainable gambling experiences?  
• Can you translate complex data and analytics into clear insights for the stakeholders?

This position is located in Finland and requires living in Finland. The office is in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. Veikkaus prefers a flexible hybrid work model between a remote workplace and an office.
