- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, board members, customers, partners etc.Â
Admin & Company Support (60%)
- Support other leaders across our UK and US teams with scheduling, prep, and ad hoc tasks.
- Plan and coordinate company events (on-sites, off-sites, celebrations, etc.).
- Support HR/admin processes such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee office operations (supplies, vendors, deliveries, events).
- Jump into cross-team projects wherever extra hands are needed.
Requirements
Who You Are
- 2+ years’ experience as an EA, admin assistant, or office manager (startup/fast-paced environment a plus).
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and HR/finance systems.
- Trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a true team player.
