Role Overview

We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to strengthen VIDA’s ecosystem in Malaysia. This role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships with technology providers, system integrators, and channel partners to accelerate VIDA’s growth across BFSI, fintech, eCommerce, and telco industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic and channel partners.
• Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners to drive mutual growth.
• Manage partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and revenue impact.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Community & Ecosystem Building: Engage with industry associations, SME communities, and business networks to expand VIDA’s reach and support digital growth for SMEs and Mid-Enterprises.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on partner initiatives and co-create market campaigns.
• Track partner performance and provide regular reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of partnerships, channel, or alliances experience in BFSI, SaaS, fintech, telco, or enterprise tech.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia’s fintech, telco, and enterprise technology landscape.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnership contracts.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
