Ready to Dive Headfirst into Product and Build the Future of Dermatology & Wellness?

At Clinikally, we're not just a platform; we're building the future of personalized dermatology and haircare in India, blending cutting-edge AI with expert care. Backed by leading global investors and having served over 3 million Indians in just 3.5 years, we're on an exhilarating growth trajectory, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Associate Product Manager to jump in, own key initiatives, and help us scale.

If you're a young hustler with a passion for technology, a knack for solving problems, and a hunger to learn product from the ground up, this is your chance to make a real impact. You won't be a spectator; you'll be a key part of our engineering-first, AI-native team building a cutting-edge telehealth and marketplace platform, as well as helping us envision, build and refine newer products like our AI-powered skin/hair analyzer and DermaGPT, our proprietary derma/health assistant.

What You Will Do:

  • User Obsession: Spend time with our users and data to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Feature Ownership: Take ownership of smaller features and product enhancements, writing clear requirements and collaborating with design and engineering teams.
  • Launch & Learn: Support product launches, analyze performance metrics, and gather user feedback to inform our next steps.
  • Problem Solver: Help the team navigate daily challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Maintain product documentation and help coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Direct Impact: Contribute to the development of our transformative products, including our AI/ML models for dermatological analysis and personalized skincare recommendations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a technical, product, data/business analyst, or related role. Recent graduates with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and relevant project work are highly encouraged to apply.
  • A hustler's mindset: You're proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn by doing.
  • Strong analytical skills: You're comfortable with data and can use it to draw conclusions and inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication: You can clearly articulate ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity & Empathy: You have a genuine desire to understand user problems and a passion for technology as a tool for a better user experience.
  • Comfort with a variety of tools across the AI, product, and software space (e.g., prototyping tools, analytics platforms, project management software, and AI/ML model interfaces).
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.

What We Offer:

  • High Impact & Ownership: This is your chance to directly influence a product that impacts millions of consumers.
  • Accelerated Learning: Work alongside a passionate founding team and brilliant minds, tackling complex challenges daily. Your growth trajectory here will be steep.
  • Dynamic & Collaborative Culture: Be part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where ideas are welcomed, and execution is king.
  • Health & Wellness Benefits: We care about our team's well-being.
  • Be a Pioneer: Work at the forefront of AI-powered health and D2C innovation in one of the world's most exciting markets.

What You Should Know About Us:

  • User-obsessed mindset: Always putting our customers first.
  • Clear, proactive communication: Transparent and open dialogue.
  • Strong ownership and initiative: Empowering our team every single day.
  • Commitment to timelines: Moving fast and delivering results.
  • Intellectual curiosity: Always pushing to grow.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Build new and exciting things every day.
