As Head of Portfolio Management and 2IC to the Director of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence across BGIS’s APAC facilities management portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for ensuring our procurement delivers maximum value, sustainable cost savings, and risk resilience—while fostering strong supplier partnerships that support long-term growth.

What You’Ll Do

• Optimise Spend – Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
• Deliver Savings – Identify and implement opportunities through data-driven analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing procurement team.
• Shape Strategy – Design integrated procurement approaches balancing commercial, service, and risk priorities.
• Drive Excellence – Oversee procurement for single and multi-site contracts, from tendering to negotiations.
• Collaborate for Success – Partner with Supply Chain and bid teams through bidding, mobilisation, and transitions.
• Ensure Compliance – Maintain robust procurement processes aligned to policy, legislation, and best practice.
• Champion Innovation – Embed sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement in procurement.
• Manage Partnerships – Strengthen vendor relationships with clear performance management and governance.
• Step Up – Act as deputy to the Director of Procurement, providing leadership coverage as required.

What You’Ll Bring

• 10+ years’ procurement leadership experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate.
• Proven ability to lead integrated, large-scale procurement strategies across complex, multi-site portfolios.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimisation.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, service quality, and innovation.
