Role Objectives
The Growth Lead for Retention & Acquisition will play an essential role in shaping the company's growth by developing and executing robust strategies to enhance customer retention, optimize lifecycles, and drive monetization efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data-driven insights, implement growth initiatives, and foster collaboration across teams to build sustainable growth loops.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage loyalty program operations, ensuring measurable increases in user engagement
- Brainstorm and manage high-value growth initiatives to acquire and retain customers
- Monitor growth KPIs and translate insights into actions
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to maximize customer value
- Support retention-relevant performance marketing activities across customer lifecycles
- Collect and analyze data to make data-driven marketing decisions
- Create and own retention strategies including engagement strategies & resurrection initiatives
- Create opportunities to tap into customer monetization potential
- Use analytics tools to analyze, monitor, and report relevant retention metrics
- Conduct A/B tests to analyze hypotheses and validate decisions
- Establish effective relationships across a variety of teams in the company
- Build growth loops to yield company-wide growth
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills
● 5-7 years of proven relevant experience in the same field
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market trends
● Strong time management skills.
