Postdoctoral Research Associate - Pharmaceutical Sciences - Yang Lab

A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Jun J. Yang Lab to study genomics and pharmacogenomics of childhood leukemia. Using state-of-the-art molecular profiling tools (e.g., single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics), we are interested in identifying both inherited and tumor genetic variations related to leukemia treatment response and toxicity. Functional and mechanistic studies utilizing preclinical models and clinical samples are critical components of the highly translational research program in this laboratory.

We are seeking an ambitious postdoctoral associate with a track record of productivity and strong interest in translational cancer research. Applicants should have a recent doctoral degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or combined degrees). With a general background in pharmacology and genomics, the ideal candidate would be familiar with leukemia modeling and anti-leukemic drug evaluation in vitro and in vivo.
