As the Growth and Strategy Manager, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving the company's expansion and overseeing strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with various departments, including HR, finance, CEO's desk, admin, digital marketing, business development, and other business teams, you'll be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies aligned with the company's objectives, working in tandem with department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Business Expansion: Drive initiatives for market expansion, new business lines, partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions, evaluating feasibility and presenting recommendations to the executive team.
Collaboration and Leadership: Foster collaboration among departments, serving as a liaison between teams to integrate strategies and ensure cohesive implementation.
Performance Evaluation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously explore innovative approaches, tools, or technologies to enhance the company's competitive edge and efficiency.
Communication and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates for senior management, effectively communicating strategies, progress, and results.
