This is a remote position.
As a Business Development Manager (B2B Marketing) you will be instrumental in scaling up the company, assist in improving the market position and achieving financial growth. You will be defining long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall sales function to maximize sales, volume & revenue for delivering the organizational objectives.
- Manage the company's brand marketing initiatives, supporting sales, and lead generation efforts using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy, planning, and execution
- Prospecting for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Planning approaches and pitches. Assisting the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participating in pricing the solution/service.
- Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Presenting an image that mirrors that of the client.
- 5+ years of business development experience in B2B space

2 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
