About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our Residency at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab - Residences. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
 

  • Handle MAA residence sales requests and reservations, ensuring accurate proposals, timely responses, and flawless execution of offers.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Organize and conduct site inspections for prospective buyers, tenants, agencies, and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized support and follow-up to ensure guest and partner satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party trade partners, luxury travel agencies, concierge companies, consortia, and real estate companies, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Support in generating qualified leads and developing new business opportunities for the Residences.  



About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, or serviced residences.
  • Strong understanding of luxury travel agencies, consortia, and/or real estate networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce/Opera/Delphi is an advantage).
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to generate leads and convert opportunities.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, )
