If you love creative visualization, are comfortable wearing multiple hats on
any given day and have a knack for crafting graphic narrative, you maybe
our next Graphic Designer!
The Designer would be in charge of owning design decisions, creating and
executing all design initiatives, as well as defining visual guidelines to help
with brand awareness and marketing.
You must adapt to the internal brand requirements, as well as the needs and
wants of key stakeholders and target audiences, and should conceptualize
and stitch together a design narrative with the content to create a seamless
graphic story based on the concept note provided.
∙Decide and ideate on the design direction for Datahash and its
product by developing deep understanding of our target Audience
and stakeholders, their needs and problems.
∙Ensure the experience vision is driven by a well-defined focus of user
needs, tasks, marketing and business requirements.
∙Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand
guidelines.
∙As the sole designer, you'll collaborate with the marketing and
content teams where you will take end-to-end ownership on the
design projects you will undertake.
∙Work on creating a resource bank of illustrations, iconography, micro-
transitions and animations that will help communicate better with our
stakeholders.
∙Design creative assets including illustrative vector-based graphics,
illustrative videos, infographics, and template layouts for strategic
proposal presentations and collaterals based on the requirement.
These include websites, marketing collaterals, social media, events,
email campaigns, and other activations.
∙Ability to translate requirements into designs.
∙2-4+ years of design experience with at least
∙Have a strong portfolio of innovative design work that demonstrates
industry-leading design and business success.
∙Strong working knowledge in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe
Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, optional after effects) and
Microsoft PowerPoint.
∙Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript to help in UI
aspects on the website is a plus.
∙Ability to quickly produce concepts and test ideas.
∙Excellent organizational and time management skills
∙Ability to translate data, stories, and other content into powerful
graphics/infographics and synthesize feedback to achieve desired results
∙Ability to work with a problem-solving approach and resolve design and
communication issues.
∙Excellent communication skills.

∙Experience with start-ups and fast-paced environments is an added plus.
