Manufacturing Engineer

Investigate production issues, disposition problem, implement corrective actions, and conduct RCA (method, program, material, etc.).

Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve cycle times and reduce waste.

Create a standard procedures and technical documentation for new machine, new method, and standarization after improvement.

Provide CNC Program, Interpret technical drawings and specifications for pre production meeting.

Manage consumable tools and fixtures for the threading process, including future order preparation.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations.

Create process routings and generate the cost estimates.

Provide quotation and internal/client cost breakdown

Design or modify jigs, tools, or fixtures if needed for production improvement.
