Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Clearing and Settlements- Agile Business Analyst!
In this role, we are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager – Settlements SME to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations. In this role you will be responsible to provide a single point end to end accountability for the project oversight, reporting to project management team, establish working relationship with technology partners etc.
Responsibilities
    Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
    Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration 
    Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
    Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
    Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.
    Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
    Experience: Relevant years of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes.
    Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification is required.
    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
    Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

    Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment
