About The Role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. In this role, you’ll support our customers both in store and through customer deliveries – you will efficiently transport customer orders directly to their homes, using our easy-to-drive, Bunnings Local delivery vehicles. 

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

What’S Involved:

  • Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers; both in-store and during deliveries. 
  • Pick and pack orders for instore, online and trade customers in an efficient and timely manner 
  • Collaborate effectively with the Order Management team to provide exceptional customer service and timely deliveries. 
  • Safely load products onto vehicles, deliver directly to customers, and unload orders upon arrival. 
  • Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way. 

Who We’Re Looking For:

We’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow.  In this role, you'll become part of our expanding Order Management team, supporting Online, Click and Collect, and Click and Deliver customer orders, while also assisting customers in-store with their fulfilment needs. You’Ll Need:

  • To act with integrity, be safe and do your best   
  • Current valid full Drivers Licence to fulfill customer deliveries  Strong understanding of MS Office and Computer based Order Management systems 
  • Highly organised and an ability to work autonomously 
  • The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
