Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that the budgeted sales and GP targets are achieved for the branch on a regular basis & further growth is explored in the assigned territory
- Regular market visits covering all sales channels fleets, local garages, parts retailer, Government accounts etc in the assigned territory & developing rapport with the customers. Attending to requirements of each & every Account responsible for
- Reporting Branch Manager/In charge about new a/c addition, competitor’s activity, market penetration and business developments activities etc.
- Attending requirements of all Walk in Customers at the Cash Counter and executing the parts requests for workshop counter in case of replacement duty for counter sales executive
- Preparing & following up estimates for all potential customers. Monitoring & improving the estimate conversion ratio on a monthly basis
- Convincing the Customer to purchase Genuine Parts
- Probing the customer to see if any opportunity to sell additional related parts to his existing requirement
- Liaising with parts counter staff and warehouse staff for timely Invoicing and delivery of the material to the customers
- To record the loss sale in the system by selecting appropriate category and maintain the accuracy. Provide feedback to procurement cell as per requirement to take further action.
- To ensure each & every enquiry to be converted to a Sale with the help of Branch In charge/ Manager on case to case basis
- To ensure discipline in terms of Discount offered to the customers.
- Explore the option of selling nonmoving stock at special price with walk in / credit customers by identifying the need.
- Record the customer information (Name, telephone, Vehicle model, year etc.) in the WIP to improve the customer data base.
- Ensuring the back order parts to be order from HO and supplied to the customer to generate the sale and achieve customer satisfaction. Keeping a track of B/O, VOR parts to trigger timely action
- Informing & updating the Customers on current Promotional Programs.
- Ensuring all the Sales are carried out in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by the company
- Ensuring all the sales related documents are filed and stored according to the documents policy prescribed by the company
- Regular rotation of Parts at the Counter display
- Informing & updating the Customers on current Promotional Programs.
- Maintaining the parts warehouse neat and tidy with the support of parts picker.
- Ensuring Receipt and binning of the receivables and dispatches to branches with the support of parts picker.
- To prepare, analyze and forward the daily sales report, customer a/c addition report, and monthly action plan to the Branch manager/ In charge & NMP.
- Any other responsibilities to be added as per business requirement in future by Management
