Pre-Sales Engineer

• Works with Business Applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel.
• Assists with sizing and design guidance for integrated IT solutions including.
• Provide architectural, technical guidance and design, improvements, and planning to support customers.
• Produce accurate BoM's based on customer requirements.
• Provide validated solutions designs.
• Support Customers with relevant product materials and reports for site preparation and competitive information.
• Providing technical explanation/support for sales solutions as per request.
• Manage and support the pre-sales process in cooperation with the sales and technical team.
• Processing with customer’s requests for pricing.
• Participating in customer’s calls with Sales Specialists and Account Executives.
• Assist Sales Specialists and Account Executives with presenting solutions to clients.
• Providing advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc.…
• Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.

Requirements

• Bacholer degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering.
• 2+ Years of experience in the same title. 
• Proven experience with technology skills.
• Proven experience with: prospecting and qualifying leadsProduct & market research Data & customer analysisIdentifying solutions for customersManaging deals qualifications and proposals
