We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to our end-users, ensuring smooth operations and maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional desktop support services, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Provide in-person and remote technical assistance to end-users.
- Maintain and manage IT equipment and software inventory.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
- Advanced level Windows 10, Active Directory / Microsoft Exchange, MS Office 2016, O365 stack including email archiving tools.
- Proficiency in hardware setup (laptops, desktops, MacBooks, iPads, tablets, iPhones, Androids), infrastructure cabling and patching, networking (including wireless), and video conferencing systems (WebEx, MS Teams).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Other Requirements:
- Valid work permit and right to reside in the UK.
