Risk Analyst

• Credit Policy formulation and strategy - Responsible for tracking success metrics and monitoring compliance to credit policy.
• Use analytical techniques to provide insight into key portfolios and segment trends.
• Improve the credit risk strategy to ensure the business operates within its agreed Risk Appetite and customers are treated fairly.
• Work with the data science team to review emerging trends and recommend areas for investigation, support with scorecard deployments and performance.
• Work with Products and other stakeholders to design strategy & loan process flows, ensure proper implementation and automation of credit actions and process changes.
• Provide support to business and process lines on risk identification, assessment, mitigation- identify procedures and scenarios for quality controls, spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.

Requirements

First degree in any related discipline
