  • Growing sales and achieving revenue targets: This requires developing and executing sales plans, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Networking with potential customers and partners, and promoting the company's products and services.
  • Working with other departments, such as the medical team and the patient care team, to ensure a seamless patient experience: This involves coordinating schedules, communicating with patients, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement: This information can be used to develop new sales strategies and improve the team's performance.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management: This includes keeping management informed of the team's progress and providing recommendations for improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical tourism industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
  • Experience in working with international patients.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures .
