- Leading and managing a team of sales representatives: This includes setting goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing coaching and support, and evaluating performance.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers: This involves identifying and qualifying leads, building rapport, and negotiating and closing deals.
- Growing sales and achieving revenue targets: This requires developing and executing sales plans, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
- Networking with potential customers and partners, and promoting the company's products and services.
- Working with other departments, such as the medical team and the patient care team, to ensure a seamless patient experience: This involves coordinating schedules, communicating with patients, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement: This information can be used to develop new sales strategies and improve the team's performance.
- Preparing reports and presentations for management: This includes keeping management informed of the team's progress and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
- Experience in working with international patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures .
