Business Development Manager

• Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that prioritize growth and positive customer ratings
• Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Lead a team of Business Development representatives and is able to set the team’s strategy
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
• Prepare reports, sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
• Prepare financial projections and sales targets
• Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met 
• Prepare sales contracts to ensure adherence to legal and corporate guidelines
• Track all business-related invoices
• Liaise with department’s Directors to develop sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or relevant field.

• Strong interpersonal, networking and presentation skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Can identify economic trends and influences
