We’re seeking a passionate Community Engagement Manager to become the authentic voice behind our brand and founders’ personal brands across social media platforms. This exciting role offers the unique opportunity to directly impact brand growth through meaningful community building on LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll be working closely with an established content team while focusing specifically on fostering genuine relationships and engagement with our growing online audience. Responsibilities

• Manage daily community engagement activities on LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
• Respond to comments and engage meaningfully with community members on behalf of the brand
• Act as a ghostwriter for founders’ personal brand accounts, authentically adopting their unique voices and personalities
• Build and nurture authentic relationships with online audiences through strategic commenting and direct messaging
• Monitor community interactions across both company and founder accounts, ensuring consistent brand representation
• Implement community building strategies that align with brand values and drive meaningful engagement
• Collaborate with the existing content team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated ability to adapt and maintain different brand voices
• Strong confidence in online community engagement (experience with challenging platforms like Reddit is a plus)
• Strategic mindset for community management beyond basic content creation
• Proven experience with LinkedIn and Instagram community management and best practices
• Natural ability to build relationships through written communication and authentic engagement
• Understanding of social media algorithms and community engagement strategies
• Comfortable working with secure internet connections and VPN requirements
• Willingness to sign NDA due to access to sensitive social media accounts
