Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketing professional to take complete ownership of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a thriving medical practice. You’ll be the driving force behind both patient retention and acquisition campaigns, managing everything from creative content creation to strategic campaign planning. Responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creating reels, posts, carousels, and stories that resonate with target audiences
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and proactively recommend content strategies based on current market insights
- Manage social media community engagement and efficiently route patient inquiries to appropriate team members
- Create compelling marketing materials using professional design tools including promotional flyers, referral cards, and loyalty program materials
- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns with strategic newsletter content
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts including SMS and WhatsApp campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives
- Maintain and enhance the practice website, adding new content, services, and optimizing for search engines
- Produce regular blog content that educates and engages both existing and prospective patients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry best practices
- Create strategic 6-month marketing calendars with pre-planned campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of social media management and content creation (MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIO)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) with an eye for compelling visual content
- Understanding of UK market dynamics and healthcare industry regulations (highly preferred)
- Experience with website management platforms, particularly WIX or similar drag-and-drop builders
- Knowledge of email marketing automation tools and best practices for healthcare communications
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to create engaging content across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign performance optimization
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication during UK business hours for strategic alignment
- Experience developing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive both customer retention and acquisition
