Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across the client’s investment and property management divisions. The role will play a pivotal role in driving qualified leads, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring cost-effective performance across multiple digital channels.
This is an opportunity to shape the next phase of our advertising strategy in a highly competitive Canadian market.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive campaigns for leasing, advisor awareness, HR recruiting, and investor education.
Lead Generation & Performance Optimization
- Focus on generating qualified leads that convert into booked tours, advisor engagement, and candidate applications.
- Optimize for top-of-page and impression share to maintain competitive positioning.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including cost per lead, impression share, appointment bookings, and ROI.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and campaign outcomes.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Leasing, HR, and Investments teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Support content and creative teams with compelling ad copy and creative direction.
Market Awareness
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain Centurion’s competitive edge.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in paid media management, preferably within real estate, financial services, or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and manage full-funnel PPC campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of impression share, top-of-page optimization, and bidding strategies.
- Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Google Ads certification (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English.
