Job Description for Business Development RepresentativeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm Eastern time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities to introduce mobile phlebotomy and lab draw services
- Collect point of contact information for key decision-makers who request lab services at healthcare facilities
- Schedule demos, appointments, and follow-up meetings with prospective clients
- Email marketing materials and informational flyers to interested prospects
- Maintain updated database or spreadsheet of all facilities and providers contacted
- Record detailed call outcomes and track communication history
- Complete registration paperwork and submit required documents for new client onboarding
- Provide recommendations on appointment setting systems and sales tools
- Support expansion into additional services like drug screenings and drug tests
- At least 1-3 years of recent experience in business development, B2B appointment setting or B2B sales
- Strong appointment setting and lead generation skills
- Proficiency with database management and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional phone manner and relationship-building abilities
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm Eastern
