Position Overview
We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Creator & Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our work, educates our audience, and drives business growth through authentic storytelling and visual excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Create 15-20 posts per week across all platforms following our established schedule
- Produce behind-the-scenes content, property showcases, and educational materials
- Write platform-specific captions that match our brand voice (professional yet energetic)
- Transform raw property media into compelling social media content
Platform Management
- LinkedIn: 3-4 posts/week (Tue-Thu, 8-10AM & 4-6PM focus)
- Instagram: 4-5 posts/week (11AM-2PM & 7-9PM optimal times)
- Facebook: 3-4 posts/week (1-4PM peak engagement)
- TikTok: Create fun, energetic content showcasing our services
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Optimize posting times and content types based on performance data
- Support blog promotion campaigns with targeted social media posts
Brand Storytelling
- Highlight success stories from our 412+ client relationships
- Showcase team members and company culture
- Create educational content about real estate photography value and ROIMaintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
Ideal Candidate
- Creative problem-solver who can turn property media into engaging stories
- Data-driven approach to content optimization
- Collaborative team player who works well with photographers and media specialists
- Passionate about visual storytelling and real estate marketing
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and followers
- Strong visual storytelling skills with basic photo/video editing abilities
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Excellent written communication skills with platform-specific expertise
- Understanding of real estate industry preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating creative content across multiple platforms
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills for Reels, Stories, and TikTok content
- Knowledge of hashtag research and SEO best practices
- Analytics tools experience (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
- HMO Coverage in eligible locations
