Your Team

You'll be working in the Global Banking - Private Funds Group (PFG) team in London. PFG combines a world class Primary Placement business with market leading Secondary and Real Estate Advisory teams embedded in a global investment bank.

As a member of PFG, you’ll be working in the Alternative Capital Group (“ACG”) within Global Banking, providing advisory services to private fund sponsors.

Established in 1998. PFG is one of the largest, most cohesive and experienced global private placement and secondary solutions teams in the industry – since 2010 the team has raised $91 billion of new money and completed 241 fundraising assignments.

We are a global team with 80+ professionals located across five offices in New York, London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Singapore – raising capital from a broad range of investors worldwide for our global client base.

The team operates through seamless collaboration across primary fundraising, global distribution and secondary advisory which drives optimal results for our clients.

Whatever your background, you’ll need to be:

• Experienced in the same / similar role for 2 – 3 years (fundraising or PE IR)

• Client-focused and committed to developing creative solutions

• A leader who naturally attracts followers

• A critical thinker with high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• A self-starter who is able to envision long-term goals and ways to attain them – taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude

• A collaborative team member who builds excellent relationships

• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines

• An articulate communicator both verbally as well as capable of producing precise and thoughtful written content

• Analytical and logical, with raw intellectual ability with proficient numerical and Excel skills and experience working in PowerPoint
