Your Team

You'll be working in the global team of the UBS University. We provide learning solutions for all relevant areas across the bank. Our services include evaluating our clients’ learning needs, designing and delivering development solutions and organizing set-up and roll-out of learning programs. Being a member of our team, you’ll play an important role in enabling our employees to grow in their careers. We invest in their professional development by making sure they have the tools and support to get there.

Your Expertise

• • Experience in managing learning and development programs, ideally in international financial services environment
• • Able to work independently
• • Effective communicator at all organizational levels
• • Skilled at networking regionally and globally
• • Strong affinity towards new technologies and AI
• • Experienced project/program manager
• • Fluent in German and English, French or Italian a plus
• • Banking and Finance background preferred
