Job Purpose: Executive Assistant in ports is tasked with offering comprehensive support to the CEO on a daily basis, ensuring efficient management of the CEO's schedule, facilitating communication, and assisting with the execution of strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing the CEO's capacity to lead the ports business effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analysis of MIS and tracking the company performance on a daily/weekly / monthly / yearly basis. Ability to interpret data, analyze and put up Management Summary to CEO for further review.
- Drive various projects in collaboration with HODs / HOSs; track, monitor, execute and reporting of project’s progress on regular basis.
- Preparation of presentations on budgets/future plans/conferences/seminars for senior management
- Coordinate/Involve performance monitoring/Business Review/Budget meetings/committee meetings
- Ability to evaluate technical and financial feasibility of the capital\expenses & operational investment proposals and projects. Put updetailed report to CEO for his review
- Review CAPEX & OPEX proposals on a regular basis and report on the cost overruns
- Coordinate with Head of Departments on budgets and forecasts, including ongoing analysis and monitoring of performance of respective SBU.
- 2. Coordinate/arrange client visits to the port coordinate the visit by understanding the purpose\agenda
Secondary Responsibilities
- Actively work to project Port to outside world especially related to various Awards relevant to industry. Ability to work independently for preparing data, representing appropriate data, ability to independently write reports to apply for such rewards and of similar nature events.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in engineering & MBA (Preferred)
General Experience:
- Experience in working with Business Head \ CEOs, Worked in Data Analytics, MIS Analysis,
