This role involves managing the Engineering department, handling tenders and quotations, developing R&D programs, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Engineering department and Workshop.
Manage tenders, quotations, and water treatment plant designs.
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Oversee budget preparation and financial management.
Implement quality and safety management systems.
Qualifications:
BSc (BEng) in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years in senior management in a related industry.
Knowledge of the water industry and financial management.
