Chemical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and research within the target market.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to align our products and services with their business objectives.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that product specifications meet customer needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in chemical product sales or technical sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to relay complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the capacity to work independently.
