We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Expert Labs Automation team as a Delivery Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing automation solutions across various domains, including automating business processes, integrating business systems, severability, application resource management, and proactive incident management. As a novice-level consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

Implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Integrate business systems to enable seamless data flow and communication.
Develop and deploy severability solutions to monitor and analyze system performance.
Manage application resources effectively to optimize performance and resource utilization.
Proactively manage incidents and address issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Utilize problem-solving and hypothesis-based methodologies to address client challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized automation solutions.
Continuously learn and develop new skills to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of automation concepts and principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in automation.
Previous experience or course work in automation, software development, or related areas is a plus but not required.
