What you’ll deliver with us 

You’ll focus on engineering best practice for GCP, responsible for design, build and implementation of Cloud Platform solutions with technical leadership in design, coding, and configuration. You’ll drive the discussion, take the ownership and provide guidance to enable Australia Post to lead the industry in GCP Platform Engineering best practice and support business outcomes. - Take the lead to remediate vulnerabilities and security issues within GCP Platform and support other teams

In this role you’ll 

• Take the endorsed architecture patterns and be responsible for design, build and implementation of Cloud Platforms
• solutions with technical leadership in design, coding, and configuration.
• Drive the discussion, take the leadership, and provide guidance to enable Australia Post to lead the industry in GCP Platform Engineering best practice and support business outcomes.
• Take the lead to remediate vulnerabilities and security issues within GCP Platform and support other teams

About You

You’ll bring deep expertise working with GCP technologies and services, ideally within a large complex environment coupled with strong engineering experience.

You’Ll Also Bring

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies, services, and relevant certifications
• Experience with security and compliance Engineering concepts
• Building and supporting secure code pipelines, CI/CD, using GitLab
• Knowledgeable in multiple programming

• Gcp Certification

• Subject matter expert for GCP Cloud Platform related activities
• Several years of commercial experience engineering Cloud Platform solutions and seamless project vending/landing zone.
• Experienced in 2-3 software development languages, Golang, Open Policy Agent, YAML, JSON, Terraform
