To support our continued growth and to nurture our people-first culture, we are seeking a dynamic, trusted, and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team.
Job Description
By being part of our people team, you will get involved and support a wide spectrum of HR responsibilities to ensure Organisation’s smooth operation and compliance with laws and regulations. You will have a key role in running mainly core HR activities. More specifically, main areas that will require your full attention are: daily administration of colleagues attendance, leaves and absences, update and maintenance of accurate personal files and related documentation. Furthermore, you will assist in activities related to budget, compensation and benefits and serve as a back-up for actions related to payroll. Since we are growing at a fast pace, administrative actions related to hiring and onboarding, will be in your daily menu.
We are in the process of digitalizing our processes. Therefore, good knowledge of HR systems (HRMS) is required. In this context we presume you are familiar with drafting, reviewing and implementing HR procedures and policies. Moreover, familiarity with HR analytics is needed to generate presentations and reports as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Studies or in similar fields
- Master’s Degree in HRM will be considered an asset
- At least 4 years of working experience within a multinational HR environment and excellent knowledge of HR Systems
- Good knowledge of ERGANI ensuring accurate and timely submissions (hiring, terminations, shifts, leave, overtime, etc.)
- Good knowledge of HR regulations and labor law matters
- Familiarity with HR metrics to prepare HR reports as needed
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft office, HR systems
- People soft skills will be considered a plus
