Te Āheinga - The Opportunity
- Develop and implement learning frameworks, including workshop development, online courses, and tailored training initiatives. We require processes and systems to be created which are efficient, up to date, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to inform organisational development strategies.
- Support people leaders in developing their teams and building capability across the organisation.
- Lead and maintain digital learning platforms to capture learning records and promote self-directed development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance training initiatives to continuously improve effectiveness and outcomes.
He kōrero mōhou - About You
- Ideally Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a learning and development or similar role.
- Skilled in facilitation, project management, and developing engaging learning content.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a complex environment and adapting to evolving organisational needs.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be based in Napier and work across multi-sites.
The annual salary package for this role is between $91,400-$107,500 (including KiwiSaver), with the final offer depending on your skills and experience.
