SME is a part of Wholesale Banking that manage businesses with a turnover between 50 to 500 CR.

The business has been growing at a fast rate with a base of 3000 + customers. SME Business Excellence Team (BET) is a unit within SME Division of Wholesale banking that is responsible for identifying and executing management strategies to drive the key objectives of transformation, growth and profitability for the SME-WBG division.

Job Role

• •Support the leadership team to formulate and drive the strategy for growth, transformation and profitability •Closely work with BH and leadership team of SME to solve key business challenges such as acquisition, portfolio control, efficiency, customer service, monitoring etc •Cross sell management – Launch of opportunity, setting the tie up, structure campaigns, conduct reviews and ensure business teams are able to deliver budget defined for the financial year •Processes & Control - Streamline existing processes, create new ones as per business requirements and create adequate controls •Undertake various projects/ initiatives for the Division with our support partners •Responsible to ensure timely completion of activities laid down by management     Job Requirements   •Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Banking •Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and influencing skills •CA, MBA or any other similar professional qualification •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills   Eligibility   •Spent minimum 12 months (applicant for same grade role)/18 months (applicant for next grade role) in the same division/function/role/location •Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above •IJP policy to be followed         Application
