Job Description
Process
- Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
- First contact for issues escalation within B2C process (Customer Master Data)
- Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Performing B2C (Customer Master Data) controls
- Advising other team members in terms of B2C (Customer Master Data) process matters
- Introduce Improvements within B2C process (Customer Master Data)
Coordination:
- Coordinate completion of B2C (Customer Master Data) processes
- Delegate tasks
- Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day-to-day operations
- Managing HR Matters
- Communicate deadlines
- Monitor the team performance
- Resolve or escalate any process issues
- Attend and lead team meetings
- Prepare reports
- Building relationship with the countries during day-to-day operations
Communication:
- point of contact to the affiliates management
- report to GBS manager
- provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
Motivation:
- Motivate team members
- Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
- Suggest and organize team building activities

- B2C (Customer Master Data) Process knowledge
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in Business, Finance and Accountancy and other similar courses
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Bill to Cash function
- Focus on Customer Master Data Management
- Relevant shared service migration and operating experiences.
- Knowledge of Oracle Business Suite and other ERP system is a plus but not required.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good networking skills
