We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning solutions to solve real-world business problems. The role involves hands-on work across the entire ML lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to model development, validation, and deployment—while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions to address business challenges.
- Work extensively with Python, PySpark, and T-SQL for data processing and analysis.
- Perform data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Build and optimize predictive and time-series forecasting models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and deploy ML models on Azure/Databricks cloud platforms.
- (Good to have) Contribute to building LLM-based AI solutions, Power BI dashboards, and GitHub version control workflows.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in end-to-end model development.
- Proven experience in building price optimization models, inventory allocation models, and inventory replenishment models.
- Strong preference for candidates with expertise beyond demand forecasting (not primarily focused on demand forecasting).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure for ML solution development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to translate data insights into business impact.
