We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and delivering actionable insights that support business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable functional specifications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
• Develop use cases, workflows, wireframes, and data models to capture business requirements.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet defined business objectives.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and SQL (basic querying).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice-To-Have Skills

• Experience in domains such as BFSI, E-commerce, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to API documentation and integration processes.
