Assist both accounts payable and accounts receivable staff members in their daily tasks and duties.

Accurately capture and enter data from supplier bills into relevant systems.

Code and send out customer invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.

Load remittances accurately to ensure timely and accurate recording of payments received.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and customer support, to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Utilize Microsoft Suite and 365 Teams for efficient communication, documentation, and collaboration with team members.

Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.

Assist in generating financial reports and providing data for analysis as required.

Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related finance role. Proficiency in using Xero, Webflow, simPRO, Microsoft Suite, and 365 Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with property services industry practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
  • Strong ethical and professional conduct in handling sensitive financial information.
