IT Procurement & Asset Management Associate - Contingent Worker

Manage asset management procedures, including asset tagging hardware and inventory controls.

Fulfil requests within ticketing system.

Coordinating the return of hardware assets for departures

Assist in processing purchase orders for invoices and reviewing for accuracy & submitting for payment

Very organized, able to manage priorities as they come up.

Detail-oriented and able to communicate cross teams effectively.

Team player, being able to work with local and remote teams to complete assignments and tasks.

Escalates issues as appropriate.

Monitors activities related to timely delivery of returned equipment.

Discuss invoices with vendors and internal customers and other stakeholders.

Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or Office Admin responsibilities that might include procurement, service desk, inventory management, shipping/receiving. IT experience an asset but not required.
