Nestle Purina site at Hams Hall distributes pet food across all of the UK.  We have new opportunities for picking and forklift roles for store deliveries and creation of promotional materials

37.5 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7 as per rota,  14-22.00 hrs and 6:00-14:00 shift available

We are currently recruiting for the following Operational vacancies at Hams Hall:

Operations Team Members

Operations Team Members are responsible for the receipt of inbound loads, picking orders, preparing loads for despatch, and loading vehicles using MHE. All of these tasks should be undertaken in a safe and healthy manner, whilst ensuring accuracy and product quality.

• Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse
• Manual handling knowledge
• Understanding of Quality and Health and Safety Standards
• Ability to work on own initiative
• MHE Licences are advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
• You will need to have a positive and flexible approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail and good coordination
• Able to work as part of a team and in a busy environment
• Be able to demonstrate excellent team building skill
• Be an effective communicator and able to develop good working relationships across all teams including customer relationships
• Actively looks for opportunities to improve processes in accordance with the site Continuous Improvement culture
• Job Types: Full-time
• Contract length: Permanent
• Salary: £25,358.05  per annum, paid monthly
