TikTok Shop - Logistics Process Improvement Manager – Los Angeles

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. The Procurement Center is responsible for the price competitiveness of procurement services while meeting business requirements, and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure long-term and stable cooperation.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the process management of the supply chain and logistics procurement team, including but not limited to the formulation, release, and update management of process regulations, as well as the establishment and maintenance of the process regulation library;
- For the formulation of processes under different business scenarios/purchase categories, can lead and coordinate relevant parties in process discussion, writing, publication, digitalization, and on-site training.
- Build an online monitoring dashboard for key nodes/risk control nodes in process execution, and continuously monitor the implementation of process regulations and subsequent improvements.
