About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
Responsibilities
- As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for the book of business you will manage. This means that you will:
- Own the revenue goal for your book of business and drive strong QoQ and YoY advertising revenue growth;
- Lead the creation of robust, holistic account plans and JBPs with clients' business strategy, market and industry trends in mind;
- Leverage industry experience/knowledge to contribute to vertical strategy and translate that into account level actions;
- Unlock and build meaningful relationships with C-Level and key senior stakeholders in the client team;
- Develop a solid understanding of TikTok's value proposition of full funnel ad solutions in conjunction with the client's business needs (solution/consultative selling);
- Build effective collaboration and connections internally with key cross-functional teams to help drive the optimal client support model;
- Lead and drive innovative product development and solutions to further grow our share of wallet for TikTok
Lead and represent the book of business in various forums including weekly, quarterly, and yearly revenue meetings, forecasting, planning internally and externally etc.;
- Be a team player, work closely with client partners and solution managers to navigate business challenges and execute key strategic initiatives.
