We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Quality Assurance and Testing  to join our Investment Wealth Engineering team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies by utilizing industry best practices and innovative testing methodologies. 

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of testing processes, demonstrating expertise in quality management. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quality improvement opportunities and facilitate solutions that enhance product reliability and performance. 

Monitor and report on testing metrics and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. 

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining BNY's commitment to excellence and client trust. 

• To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
• Advanced certifications in Quality Assurance or Testing methodologies are preferred. 
• 9-11 years of experience in QA and related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance and testing frameworks. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software to drive testing efficiency and accuracy.
